The Transportation Agent is responsible for assisting hotel guests and enhancing the quality of their hotel experience. Must have excellent driving records. Class C drivers license required for this position. Shuttle guests to/from airport within the property and various locations as assigned. Assist guest with luggage handling. Physical demands of job require walking, sitting, lifting up to 80 lbs, pulling, pushing and bending regularly. Stock hotel store items as necessary. Keep front area clean and free of debris. Understand and apply emergency procedures. High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in a hotel preferred. Excellent communication & customer service skills. Ability to multi task. Must be flexible to work different shifts, days and weekends.
Front Desk Supervisor (Full Time) – Mainsail Suites Hotel & Conference Center, Tampa, FL.
Our Front Desk Supervisor Position has a high impact on our being able to provide outstanding guest service. Is responsible for leading shift in absence of Front Office Manager. Understand and utilize proper emergency procedures and safety information. Attend Front Desk leads meeting regularly. Work Night Audit shifts when necessary. Preparation of gift shop reports. Ensure accuracy of regular accounting reports. Audit and ensure shift closing for Agents on shift. Ensure coordination of PBX / Drivers for guest transportation. Resolution of guest complaints. Understand and manage blocking procedures for contract rooms. Lead by example in customer service and professionalism. Must be flexible on days and shifts. Execute other duties when assigned. Previous Hotel experience required for this position. Excellent customer service skills. Good communication and organizational skills.
Banquet Captain (Full Time) - Mainsail Suites Hotel & Conference Center, Tampa, FL.
The main responsibility is to supervise the set up, service and clean up of all assigned banquet functions and/or events at our Conference Center. Supervise and assist with the set up of assigned banquet functions, ensuring that the hotel’s standards are met, and advance preparation for service is adequate to allow efficient service to the guest once the function begins. Assist in service of banquet functions as required. Assist in banquet set-up as required. High school graduate. At least two years experience in a hotel catering event environment or related field required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Program. Essential knowledge/skills in audiovisual equipment used, and abilities needed. Excellent customer service skills. Must be flexible to work different shifts, days and weekends.

The Banquet Setup attendant will execute set up of Banquets Events per Banquet Event Orders with minimal supervision. Will cross train and work in all areas of Food & Beverage as needed. Must maintain and assure high sanitation standards. Must be high school graduate or equivalent. One year hotel experience to include catering/event experience. The Suite Inspector is responsible for ensuring cleaning standards are met by daily inspection of rooms and public places. Assist Housekeeping Supervisor and Housekeeping Manager in ensuring all public places standards are met. Ensure suite cleanliness by conducting daily quality control inspections. Clean rooms when necessary, assist suite attendants. Must be able to work through basic problems, must have adequate communication skills – verbal and written. High School diploma or equivalent required. Must be available to work from Tuesday to Saturday including holidays.
Reservations Sales Associate (Full Time) Mainsail Lodging & Development, Tampa, FL.
The Reservations Sales Associate must sell, service and educate our guests on all aspects of Mainsail Suites Hotel and Conference Center, Scrub Island and Execustay products via telephone. Answer phones in a timely and friendly manner. Provide excellent customer care. Ensure accuracy of information entered into reservations system. Identify and resolve customer service issues. Proficiency on various reservations/computer systems is required. Must be able to represent Mainsail Lodging and Development in a highly professional manner. Determine guest’s needs and provide detailed hotel benefits and features on all call types. Meet and exceed expected performance standards. Display excellent communication skills and the ability to meet sales and business objectives. Resort destination familiarity/knowledge. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Performance Development Leader (Full Time) Mainsail Lodging & Development, Tampa, FL.
The objective of this position is to create a high performance culture through an effective and versatile leadership style. It Optimizes and effectively manages the inbound Reservation Sales team and their activities, manages and leads call center reservation sales associates to achieve company customer service and sales goals. This position oversees the operations department, RSA’s, as well as leads the team to meet and achieve sales goals. Must have basic computer knowledge as well as specific computer software knowledge (e.g. MARSHA, PMS, SFA, NGS, Delphi, Point of Sale, HR technology. Marina Manager - Mainsail Scrub Island Resort, British Virgin Islands
Lead the pre-opening for the marina. Show a verifiable record of success as a highly motivated leader with excellent communication and hospitality skills in the luxury marina market (with experience serving large crewed vessels). Have five years minimum experience leading a marina operation at the manager, or director level. Possess advanced skills in all facets of boat handling, mooring, and docking practices for small and large vessels, (knowledge of boat mechanisms and technology is desirable). Have certification through Coast Guard, Power Squadron, or similar (required). Possess CFM credentials. Safety and first aid certifications (required). Have IMA specializations, or similar (desirable). Show experience maximizing revenue, and controlling costs. Have previous experience managing multiple services fulfilled by third party contractors. Have excellent references indicating the ability to interrelate in a highly supportive and friendly manner with various business professionals, resort team members and guests from around the world.
