Account Executive – Execustay Raleigh & Execustay South Florida
The Account Executive is responsible for achieving new accounts and opportunities for new business and the goals of the market. A key focus of the job is to identify, qualify, and solicit new corporate housing business. Through strategic proactive selling skills, this position will profile, define and build new accounts. The account executive will support the Sales & Marketing vision of Marriott Execustay and drives customer loyalty by delivering excellent customer service with each customer interaction. This position requires excellent selling and networking skills.
Account Manager – Execustay Jacksonville
The primary responsibility of the Account Manager is to book extended stay business and provide top notch customer service. The account manager will be responsible for qualifying and closing sales inquiry calls and leads generated through a variety of sources in a timely manner. Maintain customer files, lead management database and reservation system accurately. The Account Manager has to maintain and exceed budget revenue and individual goals. A high school graduate or GED with 2 years of experience in the sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area or 2 year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related major. Basic computer skills, customer & personal services, revenue management, sales disposition, customer focus are few the essential skills and knowledge requirements of the position.
Banquet Captain (Full Time) – Mainsail Suites Hotel & Conference Center
The main responsibility is to supervise the set up, service and clean up or all assigned banquet functions and / or events at our Conference Center. Supervise and assist with the set up of assigned banquet functions, ensuring that the hotel’s standards are met, and advance preparation for service is adequate to allow efficient service to the guest once the function begins. Assist in service of banquet functions as required. Assist in banquet set-up as required. Banquet Captain Position should be high school graduate, and have at least two years experience in a hotel catering event environment or related field required. The Banquet Captain must be proficient in Microsoft Office Program. Essential knowledge/skills in audio visual equipment used, and abilities needed. Banquet Captain requires having excellent customer service skills. The position requires being flexible to work on different shifts, days and weekends.

The main responsibility is to assist with set up and to serve food and beverages at Banquet functions. The banquet server has to do cashiering services when applicable. Completion of daily duties and side work, serve food and beverages in a timely courteous manner and as per the banquet requirements. The Banquet server works on the flexible work schedule. The position requires high school graduate or equivalent and a banquet experience in the hotel environment.
E-Commerce/Marketing Manager- Mainsail Lodging & Development
This position will facilitate the process to enhance hotel marketing for all divisions through Website Optimization and Search Engine Optimization. The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for the creation and execution of property based programs for Mainsail Lodging & Development’s portfolio. The essential functions for this position are the following: complete website audits for all products on a quarterly basis, mandatory program participation compliance auditing, possess in-depth understanding of all brand standards and available resources and assist the divisions to ensure that they are maximizing all available resources, maintain all database information for all Mainsail Brands, create/develop e-mail programs/campaigns/newsletters/Property Profiles/flyers, and others; create and analyze reports, set up tracking for online sales opportunities, compile data to analyze and interpret marketing, sales and historical competitive data in developing marketing tactics, creation and implementation of email marketing strategies, communicate with the Revenue Team as needed to implement package pricing, promotional participation and the execution of marketing promotions online, communicate with the Sales Team to leverage marketing and awareness of Mainsail’s divisions through all available e-channels, assist in the development and presentation of property specific E-Commerce marketing plans, develop and execute a basic revenue management & E-commerce program to ensure that the brand standards and revenue management process are understood and practiced consistently for the maximum effectiveness.
Groundskeeper/Room Punch Technician (Full Time) – Mainsail South Residences 4711 South Himes Ave. (near Gandy and Dale Mabry) • Tampa, FL
The room punch technician with minimal supervision performs maintenance activities related to maintaining the buildings, building systems, equipment, appliances at Mainsail South Apartments. Primary responsibility for this employee is to keep the suites in top condition for our guests. Changing and repairing wallpaper, painting, and carpet; caulking, grouting where needed; repairing cabinets, doors, locks, plumbing, toilets, showers, tubs are some of the essential functions of this position. The room punch technician also needs to work as grounds person on site as necessary, keeping the property presentable and curb appeal outstanding using the company pressure washer when required, maintains fluids and mechanical upkeep of the machine. A minimum of high school requirement with three years of work experience in facilities maintenance with knowledge of plumbing, painting and light maintenance and a valid Florida Driver’s license is required.
Maintenance Supervisor (Full Time) - Mainsail South Residences

The Maintenance supervisor is responsible for maintenance operations of asset, including organization of service requests, preventative maintenance program, personnel management, compliance with safety standards and customer service. The supervisor has to assist Property Manager in the management of an excellent customer service program by adhering to Mainsail South standards. Essential functions of the position are as follows; to assign service requests to maintenance team, monitor daily completion of service requests and follow up on any outstanding items, assist in the completion of service request as necessary, inspect grounds, building, and other community features daily to minimize liability concerns and to ensure excellent curb appeal at all times. The maintenance supervisor must possess basic knowledge of local and state codes for permitting, sign ordinances and pool regulations. The maintenance supervisor has to participate in unit inspections as required, assist residents with the move-in/ move-out process. The position requires the ability to read and write English for Safety and productivity reasons, high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. The candidate must have a valid driver’s license; EPA certification and other licenses as required by local, state or federal law.
PM Houseperson (Full Time) – Mainsail Suites Hotel & Conference Center
The PM Houseperson is responsible for the continued cleanliness of the hotel and common guest areas of the hotel and club house. The PM Houseperson takes all the housekeeping calls in a timely manner and with all deliveries answered in a safe, efficient and courteous manner. The position requires attending PM Stand Up Meeting / Work distribution meeting, keeping breezeways and pool area clean as per Mainsail standards, daily stocking of amenity room, carry and answer radio requests from Houskeeping and Front Desk staff, completion/ communication of work orders, a nightly routine to start a call log to be used throughout the night until the end of shift, stocking of all Housekeeping buckets, and rolling of all trash bags.

The restaurant server has to comply with Mainsail Management Group Policies and Procedures. the restaurant server has a flexible work schedule. The restaurant server has to work with the MICROS system. The restaurant server should be able to take food and beverages orders accurately and enter them into the micros system and maintain sanitation and safety standards. A high school graduate or equivalent is preferred for the position.
Shuttle Driver (Part Time) – Mainsail Suites Hotel & Conference Center
The transportation agent is responsible for assisting hotel guest and enhancing the quality of their hotel experience. The position requires excellent driving records. Class C driver’s license is required for this position. Shuttle guest to/from airport within the property and various locations as assigned. Assist guest with luggage handling. Physical demands of job require walking, sitting, lifting up to 80 lbs, pulling, pushing and bending regularly. The Shuttle Driver has to stock hotel store items as necessary. Keep front area clean and free of debris. Understand and apply emergency procedures. High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in a hotel is preferred.
