Meet our Chef:-Kirk Lynch is known for redesigning classic recipes with modern and unique techniques. His passion for food reflects his belief that “food is the zest of life”. Kirk's career began at the Art Institute of Culinary Arts in downtown Chicago; while attending school in the Windy City he interned at renowned places like  the Renaissance Hotel, 231 Bistro, Red Light Bistro, and Union League Hotel. Kirk turned his passion for learning into a creative outlet, continuously experimenting with world cuisines. He also became proficient in sculpting tallow, ice, fruits and vegetables, and trained with Master Ice Sculpture Dan Rebels. Later, Kirk interned at JIKO, a four-star, four-diamond restaurant at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. He also studied under Chef de Cuisine Annette Grey where he learned the art of French influenced Mediterranean cuisine.  Kirk eventually moved back to the Tampa Bay Area in 2001 and accepted a position with the Westin Innisbrook Golf Resort and then joined the Mainsail Team as our Executive Chef in 2005.
